For Center members located on The University of Texas at Austin campus or M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston provisions can be made to have your samples delivered to our facility for analysis. For details please call. In addition, our Facility Manager will be on the University of Teaxas at Austin campus (College of Pharmacy, Division of Pharmacology-Toxicology) on the first Tuesday of each month for applications, methods development, education and training.
Analytical Software
Our service can provide you with a CD-ROM of your listmode (.lmd) data files for futher analysis in your lab. If you would like to analyze your data in the convenience of your lab AMC, of the University of Amsterdam provides a PC compatible software to analyze listmode files free. The Department of Hematology of the University of Wales College of Medicine located in Cardiff, UK, has a web site that has free software for Cell Cycle analysis that accepts histogram (.hst) files as well as a version of WinMidi that will analyze the listmode files and provide histograms. This software is for PC's also.
