Programs for Students
In 1979 investigators at the Science Park - Research Division recognized the need to increase interest and training opportunities for environmental health science careers, and began a program to provide summer research experiences for talented Undergraduate students with the aim of stimulating interest in careers in basic biomedical research. Since the program's inception the Science Park - Research Division has continued to provide hands-on research experience to Undergraduate students and has expanded the program to include High School and Public Health students as well.
