Programs for Students
In 1979 investigators at the Science Park recognized the need to increase interest and training opportunities for environmental health science careers and began a program to provide summer research experiences for talented undergraduate students with the aim of stimulating interest in careers in basic biomedical research. Since the inception of the program the Science Park has continued to provide hands-on research experience to undergraduate students and has expanded the program to include high school and public health students as well.
